What we do with your data

The contact form

Through the contact form we receive your name, your email address and your message. We only use them to answer your question.

The AI factory form

For your free first app we ask for your name, your email address, optionally your company, and the description of the app. Later you can give feedback; then we keep your feedback text and your choice on whether you want us to get in touch.

Your request is processed by Unpinned's build system and the AI services it uses. You receive a live link and a description of what was built, not the code.

Bot protection

The AI factory form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is a human. The contact form has basic spam protection without third parties.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics only loads after you click Accept in the cookie bar. If you decline, nothing is measured.

How long we keep data

We delete AI factory requests 90 days after their last update. We also keep a copy of the emails we sent you about your request, for the same 90 days. We do keep a one-way hash of your email address, so that each address gets only one free app. Your email address cannot be recovered from that hash.
